Banh Mi Trung Op La (Vietnamese bread with Sunny side up eggs)

Breakfast? When people ask what do you have for breakfast? People tend to say Coffee, Fruits, or some say nothing “I don’t eat breakfast.” Do you know that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Breakfast provides you with the energy, nutrients, and maintaining a healthy life. Here’s a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast you can make for you and loved one.


You'll need: 2 eggs/person 1 loaf bread/person Soy sauce Sriracha chili sauce (Optional if you like spicy)

First you’ll need to toast your bread…. Then start cooking your eggs while waiting for your bread to be done. In case you don't know how to cook sunny side up eggs...Turn heat to medium-high. In a saucepan add a few drizzles of oil. Crack two eggs, making sure not to break the yolks. After a few minutes, check and see if the yolks are slightly white, but not opaque. You want to keep the eggs still runny. Slide onto a plate. Drizzle soy sauce and sriracha over the eggs.Your breakfast is ready to be served. Enjoy! :)
